BioDiesel Processing Plant
Through the application of advanced principles of fluid mechanics and heat and mass transfer, we hope to improve the way in which biodiesel fuel is produced. We strive to make the production of biodiesel more efficient as well as better for the environment. Once we can find more efficient practices to put into place during the production of biodiesel, we will be able to save energy as well as produce batches of biodiesel that are large enough to run full experiments. These experiments will provide the green engineering world with data useful to the future of alternative fuels. Furthermore our team hopes to design the processing system to be able to showcase the fuel to expos and informative sessions.
